Sarson ka Saag Recipe Ingredients:
- Sarson ka saag (mustard greens) – 500gm
- Palak (spinach) – 250gm
- Methi ke patte (fenugreek leaves) – 1 cup
- Pyaz (onion) – 2 medium size (bareek kata hua)
- Tamatar (tomato) – 4 medium size (bareek kata hua)
- Hari mirch – 2 (bareek kata hua)
- Adrak – 2 inch (bareek kata hua)
- Lehsun – 9 se 10 (bareek kata hua)
- Lal mirch powder – 1/2 tsp
- Hing – 1/4 tsp
- Paani – 1 cup
- Maida – 2 tbsp
- Ghee – 3 tbsp
- Namak – Swaadanusaar

How to make Sarson ka Saag at home:- Sarson ka saag banane ke liye, sabse pehle sarson, palak aur methi ke patton ko saaf kar lein aur kaat lein.
- Ab teeno ko achhe se dho lein.
- Ek pressure cooker mein, kati hui sarson, palak aur methi ke patte, hari mirch, adrak, lahsun, swadanusaar namak, 1 tbsp ghee aur 1 cup paani daal kar 7-8 minute ke liye pakka lein.
- Gas ko 7 se 8 minute ke baad band kar dein aur cooker ki samagri ko thoda thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.
- Thoda thanda hone par, ek blender ya grinder ki madad se saag aur 2 tbsp maida ko bareek pees lein.
- Ek pan mein, ghee garam karke usme hing, bareek kata hua pyaaz daalein aur bhoora hone tak pakayein.
- Pyaaz ke bhoora hone par usme lal mirch powder aur tamatar daal kar achhe se milayein aur tamatar ke naram hone tak pakayein.
- Ab, pyaaz tamatar ke tadke mein pisa hua saag daalein aur achhe se milayein.
- Pan ko dhak dein aur sarson ke saag ko 15 se 20 minute ke liye dheemi aanch par pakayein.
- Beech beech mein saag ko hilate rahein.
- Ek chammach makhan ki bhar kar sarson ke saag par daalein aur garama garam makki ki roti ke saath serve karein
